My name is Leo Chen, and I am the Program Administrator at Precious Memory Assisted Living, a small facility dedicated to providing care for individuals with special needs. As a Registered Nurse with experience in critical care and mental health, I am passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities. Our facility, located in South Anchorage near Lake Otis and Huffman, offers a serene, home-like environment for up to two residents, ensuring personalized care tailored to their needs. We are excited to welcome new residents starting January 22, 2024, and are seeking collaborations to support individuals on IDD, APDD, and other waivers.
